I would have one question to the organizing committee:

"Is it possible to publish the paper (Vortrag) in some journal after the end of the conference?"

Hello Yuriy,

of course you can publish your paper anywhere you wish after the conference - that is what most people do. In fact, you might be able to get in touch with journal editors right on the conference.
