Tour S3: Walking tour "Political History of Berlin Architecture"

Professor Peschken, one of the leading city architecture scholars in Germany, will explain the architecture of several famous old buildings in the area of Berlin-Mitte.

Special attention will be given to the original purpose of use in the context of city administration, commerce and law in the Middle Ages and early modern times, which is surprising from today’s view. The tour starts at the Humboldt University and will last approximately 2 ½ hours.
