We offer conference participants interested in learning about the German court system guided visits to three types of Courts. Participants will get an introduction in English and will have the opportunity to observe a part of a court procedure and to meet with the judge afterwards to ask questions. We will offer visits at the following courts:

• Labour Court (Arbeitsgericht)
  
• Commercial Court
• Criminal court with lay judges (Schöffengericht)
  

Note that these tours are not on Friday afternoon and conflict with the conference schedule.

You need to bring a valid passport with you.

The LAG  is responsible for conflicts in labour-relations which occur in Berlin and Brandenburg.
